Hi Lorrie! Well you came to the right place! I update the website throughout the day with deals I find both in stores and online. You’ll always find my most recent post at the top of the page. I’ll be posting the weekly store matchups for this week shortly. The matchups consist of products found in the weekly sales ads matched with coupons for the best savings. Other than that just check the website regularly and sign up for daily emails so you don’t miss a deal 😉

I use coupons, but not all the time. I try to only cut the coupons for items I will use, and then try to match them with sales for extra savings. I can’t wait to learn more. Thank you.

I was just like you Lenore! Then I found out I was missing out on LOTS of savings! Wait until you see the dent you can really make in your household expenses 🙂

I would like to learn more, I clip coupons every week, but just the everyday stuff adds up, there are no coupons for cheese, fruit, veggies, meat, milk, chobani. That alone can add up to $100. I am interested how I can shop for a family of four (2 adults and a 9yr and 12yr old).
Saving by Design says
Hi Maria! Well first I have some good news! You can currently print a $0.30/1 Chobani Greek Yogurt coupon 🙂 This will double to $0.60/1 at grocery markets that double coupons. Watch for a 10/$10 sale and you’ll be able to grab $0.40 Chobani! As far as milk, meat, and produce you are right…it’s pretty rare to find a coupon on those items. I’m not sure where you are from, but near me Weis Markets discounts meat when it gets close to the “sell by” date. We ALWAYS grab that meat and either cook it right away or freeze it. What I would suggest is just saving as much as you can on all of your other household items…very cheap or FREE paper towels, toilet paper, toiletries, and other food still will save you tons on your overall household spending. You can also save on dining out, gifts, entertainment, and more! 🙂

Hi! I’m new to this site and couponing…can you tell me how to print a coupon from the coupon database? I can’t click on anything.
Thanks!
Saving by Design says
Hi Eva! Sure, I can help you with that! Head to the database page: https://savingbydesign.com/coupon-database/. Then in the database search bar type the product you are looking for. It’s very specific so try different spellings and even plural vs. singular words. Hit enter or “search” and it will pull up your results if there are any.
As an example try typing in “nutrish.” Four coupons should pull up. Look at the second one on the list – It’s a coupon for $2 off, it expires on 6/11/12, and you can find it in the 3/11/12 SmartSource coupon insert from the newspaper (that’s what “SS 3/11/12” means). The last one on the list is for a printable coupon. I know that because there is a link to the source “Coupons.com” and in the last column the coupon itself is linked. If you click on the link in the last column it will take you directly to the coupon (when possible).
I hope that helps a little. Let me know if you have any other questions! 🙂
