September is National Coupon Month! Take a Look at These Fun Festivities!

Did you know that September, ahem Save-tember, is National Coupon Month?!  Well around here that calls for a celebration!  And that’s exactly what us DealPros, along with Savings.com and Valpak, have planned for you!  Take a look at all the couponing fun we have in store…

August 30 – Win a Grocery Makeover and $200 Gift Card!

1. Starting tomorrow (August 30, 2012) through September 10, 2012, make a short video and submit it on the Savings Nation Facebook page sharing why you need a grocery makeover.
2. On September 12, 2012 it’s time to vote! Get your family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, and everyone else you know to vote for your video. Voting ends September 20, 2012 and the ten videos with the most votes will be entered into the final round.
3. Our panel of strategic shopping experts will chose three winners from the ten finalists.

Prizes:  Winners will receive a grocery gift card and a coupon makeover.

• Grand Prize: $200 Grocery Gift Card and a Coupon Makeover.
• 2nd Prize: $150 Grocery Gift Card and Coupon Makeover.
• 3rd Prize $100 Grocery Gift card and Coupon Makeover.

September 5 – Couponing 101 Live Facebook Chat

At 9PM EST on Wednesday, September 5th, we’ll be holding a live chat on the Savings.com Facebook page on the topic of couponing 101.  There will be a pre-determined list of questions that we’ll post at regular intervals over an hour, and we’ll invite everyone to chime in with their answers. We’ll also encourage the participants to post their own questions to get live answers from the DealPro co-hosts.

September 10 – Live Q&A Webcast from Valpak Headquarters

Five Savings Nation Ambassadors are heading down to Largo, Florida in a couple of weeks to meet up with our new Valpak cohorts. While there, the ladies will be leading a live Q&A webcast! They’ll be sharing some of their best saving tips, and they’ll be taking questions live from the viewing audience. The webcast will begin at 2PM EST.

September 20 – Go Crazy with Coupons for NCM Twitter Party

At 9PM ET on Thursday, September 20th, @savings will be hosting a NCM themed Twitter party. During the party, we’ll talk about all thing savings and coupons, and we’ll be giving away a stellar prize (or three 😉 ).  I’ll share a link to the RSVP post once it’s up.

September 24 – Savings Nation “Synchronized” Coupon Workshop

As an exciting end to NCM, Savings Nation Ambassadors will be teaching “synchronized” Savings Nation workshops all across the country.  Join us for the Wilkes-Barre coupon class!
