I haven’t been able to get the physical dvd. I only get linked to the on-line videos. Any advice?

I’ve tried to view the online Disneyland video…but the site wants me to sign in to my account…which I have a Disney account…BUT it will not accept my address (where I’ve lived for 18 years!) no matter how many times I “adjust” or change the address to satisfy their data base. What should I do? Thanks.

I see what you mean…I just tried it and the same thing happened, but I think I figured it out š
First, I updated the link in the post, so just click the image under where it says “Order your FREE Disney Vacation Planning DVD!” in the post above.
Once you get to the Disney website, right above where you enter your address there’s a link to update your profile. Click that. All I did was leave the address it already had in there (as long as it’s correct) and click update.
When it took me back to the video page my address was still red for a second, but when I clicked on the screen it updated and then was fine.
